We are specialist in the installation and maintenance of inspection and coding equipment, automation, and solar power.
The company was founded to satisfy the need for specialized Industrial technical know-how in the maintenance and support of automated electrical & mechanical equipment in industries especially the Food and Beverage.
We are an affiliate of ADECO Project Engineering BV based in the Netherlands, which was founded in 1985 and have had several successful projects in the food and beverage sector worldwide.
We support companies in optimizing their package lines in Nigeria and the West African sub-region.

2010
RegalRexnord, one of the leading manufacturers of Conveyor Chains and Components appointed ADECO as its sole representative in the West African sub-region. -
2013
In a bid to improve customer service delivery to its growing clientele in the region, Domino Printing and Marking solutions entered into a business agreement with ADECO. -
2015
Meyn food processing Technology BV based in Amsterdam; appointed ADECO as the sole representative in West Africa to provide sales, installation and maintenance services for their wide range of poultry processing equipment. -
2015
A Verder company which is an innovative manufacturer of stainless-steel pumps (Packo Pumps) & equipment appointed ADECO as their sole representative for Nigeria and the West African market. -

ADECO as a partner with KTR is responsible for handling all inquiries within Nigeria and Sub-region on technical related issues and sales of high-grade power transmission technology, brake systems and cooling systems, and hydraulic components -
2016
Chore-Time is a division of CTB, Inc., a global market leader in the development and production of systems and solutions for the intensive livestock farming sector and the grain industry appointed ADECO as the sole technical partner and distributor of Chore-Time solutions in Nigeria and the West African sub-region. -
2018
Montelektro - a leading Croatian engineering solutions provider went into partnership with ADECO to offer high-quality tailor-made turnkey solutions – electrical design, cabinets manufacturing, installation, automation and commissioning, ranging from small applications to large and complex state-of-the-art production systems in Africa. -

In 2022, ADECO partnered with Van Uitert, a Dutch firm that specializes in line integration and modification, to provide cutting-edge, premium product conveyors, product handling equipment, and entire line solutions to clients in the African region. -

In 2024, ADECO entered into a partnership with CHP, a leading engineering and manufacturing company known for its sustainable and efficient global conveyor lubrication solutions with a minimised ecological footprint. This collaboration aims to leverage innovative technologies and methodologies to design superior, cost-effective, and sustainable conveyor lubrication and cleaning solutions.
